So a bunch of y’all have posted and written to me about various foot and ankle injuries from running. I’ve done some research, and found a few really good (and really simple) exercises to help strengthen your feet and legs to help prevent future foot and ankle injuries.
Since my feet are ginormous, I figured I would create a few videos to show y’all. All of these are exercises I’ve done as part of my recovery from my broken right foot.
So without further ado:
How many toe lifts can you do before you start to feel tired? I start to feel it after about 20.
